Availability of Products and Shipping

Almost all products are available and ready to ship. Once we receive your order/s we will try to ship it out as soon as possible. Allow 1-2 days of order processing during normal days and 2-3 days during busy and sale days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are fixed and calculated based on our partnered logistics team. We are open for same day shipping within Bulacan and nearby cities.

Cancellation of Orders

No cancellation of orders once items are already packed and ready for shipped out.

Returns and Refunds

Before placing any order make sure you are decided. Returns and refunds are a hassle and we strictly follow procedures to ensure proper and smooth handling of concerns.

Wrong Parcel/Missing Items/ Damaged Product

In case you received a wrong parcel, missing items in your parcel or a damaged product kindly inform us ahead of time. Once you receive your order we allow seven (7) days leeway to report any concern, beyond the seven (7) days leeway we will not entertain any concern and we are not liable regarding wrong parcels, missing items or damaged products.
